The National Marine Protected Area (Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve) is located to the north of Brindisi and is one of the last remaining unspoilt corners of Puglia.

Leaving the car in the Punta Penna Grossa car park, a convenient shuttle runs you swiftly to a beach that is ideal for children.

Along easy paths on foot or by bike, you can discover unspoilt coves and beaches, finally reaching the recently renovated Tower.

You can also access the Reserve via the Apani carpark, where you can admire the cliffs. A shuttle service operates here to take you to the Tower.

At both entry points to the Reserve in summer there are two bathing establishments equipped with all amenities.

There is just one Sailing Centre in the reserve, the ‘Torre Guaceto Sailing Centre’, unmissable for wind lovers.

In Serranova you will find the Visitor Centre which organizes tours in the Reserve and various excursions to help you discover this corner of paradise.
