The villa is 3 km from Serranova, home of the Torre Guaceto Reserve visitor centre.

A former “Lamia” (rural dwelling) that has been refurbished and extended and is surrounded by olive, almond and fig trees makes this the ideal spot for enjoying a truly relaxing holiday in the unspoilt countryside of the Salento peninsula.

Welcoming and spacious, this amazing Mediterranean-style location is just a short distance from the beaches, offering its guests all the amenities they need and able to satisfy all requirements.

La Cippaia  has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen plus an additional kitchenette, and a spacious and practical living area with a double sofa bed.

Outside a beautiful veranda with dining area and sofas is an ideal place to enjoy the delightful scents of the Apulian countryside on summer evenings. A beautiful good-sized swimming pool with an area for sunbathing, an outside shower and a barbecue area give the finishing touches.

A dry-stone wall surrounds the property.  

The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, a burglar alarm, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher, a TV and a cot.

Guests also have the use of two mountain bikes.
